Manpower & Talent Services
Also referred to as Human Resource Planning, MPP essentially consists of us ensuring you have the right number and right kind of people – at the right place, at the right time and doing the right things for which they are suited. And thus, ensuring the achievement of goals of the organization – be that existing sites/assets, Brown or Greenfield sites, change management programs, modernisation of assets, departmental assessment or even company wide operations.

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PLACEMENT AND SERVICES
As a company with extensive networks and established team consultants, usually consisting of existing non conflict senior industry executives and recently retired executives, we provide key NED’s into organisations globally. Their primary purpose is to provide independent oversight, strategic guidance and expertise, to ensure the company is well-managed and that it operates in the best interest of its shareholders, stakeholders, and the wider community.
NED’s can provide multiple non-exhaustive services depending on what specific skills and tasks you are seeking to improve. We would first review and design a NED program, which would identify the type of NED required at your organisation and the skills you are bets to employ.
