Our Consulting Partners have all operated in the Energy or Airline Industry but with expertise in additional sectors in order to provide varied experience. Working within those market sectors and not just consulting within them. We are not career consultants but experienced, seasoned executives who have opted to consult independently via the Paltora platform, utilising our experience and contact base to maximise results – be that introducing M&A opportunities, selecting equipment or technology for an asset or building a new suite of digital solutions to help a business or operational division.
We truly believe expertise and variation is critical to deliver insightful, innovative services. Business is changing and new ideas and new technology is priority above pure sector knowledge, which results in repetitive theory, outdated methods and recycled ideas.
We therefore retain consultants who have decades of experience and networks in their primary market but we believe the systems, tools and skills we use are interchangeable.
